Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging purchased through RoystonMethod.com. Items must be returned in resalable condition. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. Products that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
