TONEMEUP PRO Premium Body Support Band Exclusively Sold on RoystonMethod.com Effective Date: March 1, 2026

  1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE Welcome to TONEMEUP PRO, exclusively distributed through RoystonMethod.com. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of TONEMEUP PRO products. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
  2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND USE TONEMEUP PRO is an elastic, adjustable body support band designed to promote proper posture, body awareness, and movement quality as part of The Shared Center System methodology developed by Robert Royston. The band is available in three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and is suitable for general fitness, rehabilitation support, and daily wear. The product is NOT a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or rehabilitation prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.
  3. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER IMPORTANT: Before using TONEMEUP PRO, consult with your physician, particularly if you: • Have existing back, neck, or joint conditions or injuries • Are pregnant or nursing • Have cardiovascular conditions or take blood-thinning medications • Are recovering from surgery or have open wounds • Have skin sensitivities or allergies to synthetic materials Users assume all responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of TONEMEUP PRO. If pain or discomfort occurs during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
  4. PROPER USE AND CARE • Wear the band over clothing or with athletic undergarments to prevent skin irritation • Do not exceed recommended wearing duration (20-30 minutes for initial use; up to 45-60 minutes after acclimation) • Adjust the band to fit comfortably without restricting circulation or breathing • Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent; do not machine wash, bleach, or dry clean • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight • Inspect regularly for signs of wear, damage, or material degradation.
  5. PRODUCT WARRANTY TONEMEUP PRO products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does NOT cover: • Normal wear and tear • Damage from improper care, washing, or storage • Damage from misuse or failure to follow instructions • Customization or modifications To claim warranty coverage, contact RoystonMethod.com customer service with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
  6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging purchased through RoystonMethod.com. Items must be returned in resalable condition. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. Products that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return.

LIABILITY LIMITATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TONEMEUP PRO, ROYSTONMETHOD.COM, ROBERT ROYSTON, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND RETAILERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any injury, pain, discomfort, or adverse health effects resulting from the use of TONEMEUP PRO • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of income, loss of use, or business interruption • Any claims arising from The Shared Center System methodology or its application By using TONEMEUP PRO through RoystonMethod.com, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and assume full responsibility for any health-related risks associated with product use. Neither Robert Royston, RoystonMethod.com, nor any of their representatives provide medical advice or guarantee specific health outcomes from using TONEMEUP PRO.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on these intellectual properties without express written permission.
  9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany, the European Union, and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of TONEMEUP PRO products purchased through RoystonMethod.com shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU, German, and US law.
